3 Tips for a Hassle-Free Delivery
At PPG Belgium, we go above and beyond to provide our pool builders with excellent service. From commercial and technical advice to on-site interventions and preventive maintenance for pumps and robots, every detail matters. A smooth delivery is also part of our service. Here are a few tips:
1. Sign on Delivery:
Always sign upon receipt with the note “subject to inspection.” This gives you the right to report any damage or discrepancies in the delivery within 24 hours.
2. Delivery in Your Absence:
This is only possible with your written consent and is done at your own risk. In the event of loss or damage, PPG Belgium cannot cover the costs.
3. Check Your Goods:
Inspect your goods upon delivery. Report any discrepancies compared to the packing list within 24 hours. This allows us to resolve them quickly for you.
