1. Share your delivery preferences:
By completing this short questionnaire, we can ensure that your products always arrive safely at the desired location.
2. Sign off on delivery:
Always sign off on receipt stating “subject to inspection.” This gives you the right to still report any damage or discrepancies to the delivery within 24 hours.
3. Delivery in absence:
This is only possible with your written permission and it is done at your own risk. In case of loss or damage, PPG Belgium cannot intervene in the costs.
4. Check your goods:
Check your goods with every delivery. Report any deviations from the shipping note within 24 hours. This way we can resolve them quickly for you.
