The pool water is clear but colored green. What is the cause and how do I fix this?

  • Perform shock treatment with powdered chlorine to disinfect everything quickly
  • Use a double dose of flocculant and perform a thorough backwash afterwards
  • Avoid using well bore water to refill your pool water
  • Get a lab analysis of your water to see if all water parameters are in order
