Requesting preventive maintenance

You are about to request preventive maintenance for Dolphin robots or pumps.

You can sign up the following items for preventive maintenance:

Dolphin scoop series (izzy climb, scoop smart, scoop deluxe)
Dolphin active series (smart, easy comfort, active comfort, active deluxe, bio supreme M5)
Dolphin ultimate + M700

Please always identify each device with the end customer’s reference to ensure proper follow-up.

We collect the notified goods in 1 transport. Collect all appliances on 1 or more pallets. Repaired goods are also returned together.
