Returns New Goods Terms And Conditions

Conditions for returning new goods:

  • The goods are maximum 12 months old, starting from the date of purchase.
  • The total value of the package to be returned is more than โ‚ฌ150.
  • The expiry date is more than 6 months at the time of return.
  • The products are in new condition and have not yet been assembled or used.
  • The products are in their original and undamaged packaging.For the return of long items (= items not on pallets), we need a photo of the items to accept the return.
  • If the return consists of a single roll of liner, it can only be accepted if stock is still available from the same batch number. Always include a clear photo of the batch number, which can be found on the rollโ€™s plastic packaging.
  • Please upload a clear photo of the unopened packaging of the item you are returning. Without this photo, we are unable to verify or prove any potential transport damage during the return.

 Goods that may NOT be returned:

  • Personalised products
  • Products that are not included in the current catalogue
  • Products that have already been assembled or used
  • Spare parts
  • Stock clearance items.
  • A single roll of liner that is no longer in stock with the same batch number.

Procedure:

  • If your return request is approved, you will receive a return document.
  • Enclose the return document with your shipment.
  • Once we have received your return, our services will check it and (if approved) credit it. We will keep you informed by e-mail.
  • If you prefer us to pick up the goods, a transport cost of 40โ‚ฌ will be charged.
    This charge only applies to return goods that are NOT subject to a claim.
    If this return is part of a complaint or commercial agreement, NO transport cost will be charged.
