Your item is no longer in stock?
We will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with the exact delivery date.
Delivery in your absence
Deliveries in your absence are only possible if you provide written consent. The delivery is done at your own risk. In case of loss or damage, PPG will not cover the costs.
Goods reception
Please check each delivery. If the delivered goods do not correspond with the delivery note, please inform us within 24h. We will fix the problem as soon as possible.
Ordering before 11h?
Stock articles will be delivered the next working day. We don’t deliver during the weekend.
Order confirmations
For each order, you will receive an order confirmation. This allows us to detect any mistakes before the goods are shipped. Please check your order confirmations carefully.
Alternative delivery address
Please mention any alternative delivery address clearly on your order. By default, delivery is done at your regular address.
Returns
Register your return, whether under warranty or not, first at polletpoolgroup.eu/after-sales/ and we will take care of further processing.
